Beautiful Sanctuary
Was lovely visiting this Santuario. More grand and modern on the outside but lovely inside. Worth a visit. This Sanctuary is just outside the Walls of Lucca.
Seen from the City Walls
I was intrigued by the exterior as seen from the City Walls so I took a walk over to see the church. It was very simple inside and there wasn't anything going on. Apparently I missed the museum! :(
Very moving
A school choir from England were singing at the Saturday evening Mass which was magical. Mother superior was delightful. Not really a tourist attraction, very much a place for those pilgrims devoted...
