白园（Bai Juyi's Memorial Park），位于洛阳城南龙门东山琵琶峰上，是全国唯一纪念白居易的园林。白居易晚年居住洛阳18年，在龙门修香山寺，开八节滩，对龙门山水十分眷恋，死后遵嘱葬于洛阳香山。白园为纪念性园林，占地44亩，属于龙门石窟景区内的人文自然胜景。园内建筑古朴典雅，三季有花，四季常青，曲径通幽。主要景点有青谷区、乐天堂、诗廊、墓体区、日本书法廊、道时书屋等10余处。日本、韩国、新加坡等国家和我国港、澳、台地区先后有不少代表团到白园纪念、寻根、祭祖。[1]1988年，日本中国文化显彰会在此立中日双文书写的纪念碑。1995年，日本在白园献樱花并立碑。[2]1999年韩国、2000年新加坡于此立碑。[3]1961年国务院公布白居易墓为首批全国重点文物保护单位。1982年洛阳市政府拨款110万元重修白园，1985年建成开放。[4]
