Very beautiful church in Baroque style in the historic Palermo district. Magnificent ceilings, splendid nartex. To see absolutely by leaving a little of the tourist circuit.

My favorite artwork are the churches with Byzantine influence. I put this church on that 'second tier' for me as it matches more the style of the Sistine Chapel. This church was built from 1678 - 1684...
