It's a water tower at the top of Montmartre. I conducted a walking tour and we passed here admiring its practicality. Lots of people around. All of Montmartre has been discovered by tourists.

No idea what this was but we ended up walking past it. It looks like some kind of water tower. You can't go inside, but if it is a water tower, then it's one impressive water tower building.
