The statue was being renovated while we were there, but we really enjoyed the local scenery and the local constabulary was very engaging.
Cool Fountain
This bronze elk s right in the middle or town and in the street. We walked up to it to check it out and took a picture. Very cool to see this in the city. Way to go Portland!

Nice statue
It is a nice sculpture of an elk. It is in the middle the street so it is hard to get a picture safely.
Cute fountain
Portland has many unique fountains- we came across the Elk Fountain while doing a walking tour of downtown. It's not really a destination, but nice for a picture as you walk on by;)
