Worth a visit
We were very lucky to be staying in a villa that was over looked by this magical city. So it was only right that we took a trip there. Although the houses and buildings are no longer standing the bath...
Not open all day so check the opening times before you get there. The entrance was free. There's not lots to do but it's very interesting if you're into Roman history and enjoy walking around ruins.
We arrived at 2pm having been told about the place by a local tourist office only to find there is no entry after 1:45pm and the site closes at 2:30pm - totally ridiculous.
What used to be a rather large settlement in roman times is now reduced to rubble and the remains of a theater. The beauty of this place is that it is not commercially exploited..not only resulting in...
