The volunteer guides are really nice and love to have a chat about the battery. Lots to see there and also very informative while not being too much to read.
If you like big guns and views
Spectacular views over the island from up here on the big gun. We missed the opening of the tunnels but peering through the grates it looked fun. So many interesting gun emplacements to explore around...

Great to hear and see the history of this gun outpost during WWII. The volounteer guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed this tour, highly recommended.
