u cant visit by public transport, it is far far away from town,
at least 30 ~ 45 minute drive one way, and dangerous if driving own self cause we not familiar with the road condition, will get muddy and lots of curve, it lose the meaning to visit if i have to pay...

It seems that it is not open to the public normally, and it seems that only residents living in the surrounding area are prohibited from entering. It seems that there is a considerable distance from the gate to the dam, and I couldn't even see the dam from the gate. I wanted to see it because it was the largest dam in Philippines.
