Bitahai Lake

The Bita Sea is located in the hinterland of Shangri-La. It is a summer place for the Naxi Mutian King of the Ming Dynasty. It is also mentioned in King Gesar's ancestral passage. It is named for the tower-shaped hills in the lake. The clear and quiet water is the beauty of God, very clear and quiet, like a mirror, and a holy place under God's protection. Around the island of Ta, surrounded by trees reflected in the water, there is green forest in the water, there is water in the green forest, and the waves are rippling.

The Bita Sea in Shangri-La is a plateau lake surrounded by virgin forests, surrounded by wooden plank roads along the shoreline of the lake, sometimes through the long haired red bean fir forest, the lake is pure and calm, full of mystery.

Bitahai Nature Reserve is located in the east of Zhongdian County in northwest Yunnan Province, 25 kilometers away from the county seat. The reserve is centered on Bitahai, with a total area of 840 square kilometers. The Bita Sea is about 3 kilometers long and about 1 kilometers wide. The Tibetan language calls the Bita Sea "Bita Dewor". "Bita" means cattle blanket, "de" is magic, and "worse" is the sea. Bita Haisu is known as the Pearl of the Plateau, the lake is 3538 meters above sea level, and it is the highest lake in Yunnan Province. Historically, it was a submerged depression, and the Quaternary period formed the current plateau with the strong uplift of the Tibetan plateau.

Nothing is more exciting than the bright sunshine! With it, everything shines brightly... This is the place I yearn for, and I always think that Shangri-La is here. The water in Jiuzhai is not as spiritual as that in Jiuzhai, but the original ecology is natural, meadow, cattle, horse and squirrel, which makes people intoxicated. The poster here is 3300. Bitahai Su is known as the Pearl of the Plateau. The lake is 3538 meters above sea level. It is the highest Lake in Yunnan Province. The lake looks like a lively deer. There is an island full of trees in the lake. In autumn, Bitahai is stained with colorful ink, walking on the sightseeing path, as if entering a colorful landscape!

Many small views can be seen. It is suggested to go forward for 10 minutes and then turn back to the boat, because the 20-minute journey ashore has a good view. But it's more common to go back, and if you're tired, you can take a boat.
