Lovely castle ruin amid a nice park. Small stream and wild ducks completes the setting. Ample walking space in safe environment.

This was not too far off our path so we drove in to see it. We were surprised that the town has turned the grounds into a park, complete with walking trail around the property, picnic benches, etc. ...

We had trouble finding this, and couldn't get inside, but walking around was worth the time. It was hard to learn a lot about it from the limited signage, but we were amazed at how large the site is. ...
