    There is a hidden video in an alcove of the wall showing the progress of the park from pre bombing to now. You sit atop the bunkers on the grass and watch the people go by. Shady.

    Harju Hill Park It is on a hill next to the upper city of the old town of Tallinn. Because the location is not on the main road, there are not many visitors to visit. There is no big feature in the park. It is basically a place for people to rest.
