Less than 10 minutes walk from Oshima Station. It is enshrined in one place from Shin-Ohashi-dori. It was founded in 1949 by merging the five companies destroyed by the war. The main deities are Amaterasu Kodaijin, Ushishima Okami, and Inari Okami. The current shrine was built in 1978. Half of the precincts were square-shaped, and people who seemed to be neighbors were resting in the shade of trees.

The onagi gawa River, which was opened by Ieyasu Tokugawa, who entered Edo, developed as an important route for water transportation, and a new village was born in the watershed. In each village in the present Higashi Oshima District, eihei Jinja shrine (former Fukagawa demura Chinju) koshiyasu Jinja shrine (former square village Chinju) koshiko Jinja shrine (former koshikomura Chinju) koshikita Honjo ushishima Jinja shrine (former Kita Honjo demura Chinju) koshiminami Honjo ushishima Jinja shrine (former Minami Honjo demura Chinju) It is said that the five shrines were enshrined, and annual festivals and events were also held in great numbers. The air raid of the Pacific War turned into a burnt field, and the shrines in the area were also burned down. It was difficult to rebuild each one, so this Higashioshima Shrine was built together. Every morning, the priest is cleaning the precincts with his husband and wife. There is a big tree 々 and it is an oasis in the area.

It was a magnificent and large shrine, and the cherry blossoms in the precincts were also wonderful.

I think it's about ８００ｍ from Higashi Oshima Station. I arrived in a few minutes from Daiei Higashi Oshima store. The torii at the entrance was a little compact, but the main shrine in the back was magnificent. There was also a children's amusement park in the precincts, and other rikiishi and eight deities were also enshrined. The cherry blossoms were also beautiful.
