I visited to see Magritte's "big family". I don't like complete abstract paintings, but I somehow attracted to paintings that have a mysterious theme of the whole, even though they are partially realistic like Magritte. There were several other good works in the collection exhibition. The exhibition was held in Lichtenstein's treasure exhibition, but there were many portraits and religious paintings, and I couldn't like it now.

It is a museum that stands quietly in the forest. The lawn square in the foreground is full of people taking a walk with their dogs. I think it feels good to lie down on a sunny day. It takes about 30 minutes by bus (to Utsunomiya Museum of Art) from Utsunomiya Station. It is a relaxing space in a quiet forest due to poor access. I went. There was a beautiful parking lot and a lawn, and I was able to feel the season. The staff were all very friendly and I was able to enjoy it calmly. I haven't had a chance to go to the museum, but I want to go again.

It was on a hill and the scenery and buildings were wonderful. I went on the way to the museum while watching the cherry blossoms. I was traveling with children, so I was disappointed that I couldn't see the work slowly.
