Heshun Library was founded in 1928 AD. It was founded by overseas Chinese in Myanmar to revitalize their hometown culture. The responsibility is borne by the "Chongxin Association" composed of advanced elements of overseas Chinese. They are influenced by the "Five and Four" New Cultural Movement in China, and are aimed at "seeking sincere solidarity and progress of local society". In 1924, Chongxin members Cun Zhongxu, Li Qingyuan, Li Qiu Nong, Jia Zhusheng and other returned to his hometown to open a small "reading newspaper", and hired Mr. Li Renjie, a township of Zhongsu, as president. This is a very popular cultural undertaking. By 1928, "reading the book" could not meet the requirements of readers. "Chongxinhui" decided to expand it into a library. At the same time, The site has to find a spacious location. It also has to be traced back to a "Xianxin Society" organized by intellectuals who pursued progress in their hometowns at the end of Qing Dynasty. In order to support the progress of young people, the site was transferred to the "Chongxin Society" as the library site, which is the current location. Mr. Zhang Shun, a local citizen, hangs for the book "Heshun Library". After gradual transformation, it has become the scale of today. Enthusiastic Chongxinhui members learned to do the book division and management work while learning. In 1930, the curator was appointed by Mr. Li Shengzhuang, a township person. Since then, Heshun Library has a great reputation. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the building in 1938, a five-room main house was built and a volume of the 10th Anniversary Journal of Heshun Library was compiled. Received the speech of Hu Shi, Wang Yunwu, Xiong Qinglai, Yuan Zizhi, Li Gen, Li Yan and others in the domestic academic community. Zhang Tianfang, a Tengren, is entitled "First in the Chinese rural cultural community." Comrade Aisiqi sent a caring letter from Yan'an and made a three-point request for a museum. In 1940, after returning to Japan to study, Mr. Xuesheng, a township resident, returned to his hometown from Beijing and was committed to education in overseas Chinese. Also serving as the library director. During the fall of Tengchong from 1942 to 1944, Heshun Library did not suffer any major losses due to timely evacuation of books. In the siege stage in July 1944, Heshun Library became the 20th Army General Command, where Commander-in-Chief Huo Xuanzhang commanded the siege. In 1980, Heshun Library was officially incorporated into the public library system. There are more than 70,000 books in the collection, and the collection is rich in literature. The "Chinese Graphic Method" and "Four Library Method" are used to compile books. Every day, readers from all walks of life are received and visitors are many. Multi-level services such as borrowing and consulting are carried out. In 1988, the sixtieth anniversary of the building, a grand celebration was held with the care and support of leaders at all levels. The travel to Myanmar Wacheng and Shun Sodality presented the "cultural spring source" from Myanmar. Mr. Li Xibi and other enthusiastic inscriptions, in the early 1960s, received the gift of the title by Vice Chairman Yuan Chengzhi. For more than 60 years, Heshun Library has experienced a difficult and bumpy road. It has always stood at the forefront of frontier culture, for the people of frontier, The students served faithfully. In 1993, the provincial people's government announced that the "key cultural relics protection unit" in 1998, after the main house, the steel mixed structure collection building was built, called the "Zangzhen Building" in 1999, under the care of the government, the scale of the museum was expanded again.

Tengchong people advocate reading, generations passed down. The first village library is the Siamese, Siam Library was founded in 1919, five years earlier than Heshun Library. The gate of the Siam Library is a traditional wall-like building. When you walk into the gate, the bridges and rivers are flowing, the flowers and trees are lush, and the environment is quiet.

Now under the condition of electronic information, reading e-books on mobile phones can be solved, and a lot of readers have been won, but the Jingdong Yi Autonomous County Library, sticking to its own "position", still has many friends to visit.
