Liujiang Old Town is located on the banks of the Huaxi River in Sichuan Province. It was constructed during the Southern Song dynasty (1127–1279) . The old town mainly consists of buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Among them, the Zengjia Courtyard is worth seeing. The layout of the courtyard is unusual, it is like the traditional character for ‘longevity.’ Visitors can take a stroll through the town and experience its unique charm. The banks of the river are home to ancient Chinese banyan trees.
