I went to see the cherry blossoms and tulips. Take the bus from Okurayama Station on the Toyoko Line and get off at the Tohocho bus stop. The green road is long, but it seems that tulips are in bloom around the area where you got off at the Tohocho bus stop. There was a green road just off the bus stop. Cherry blossoms, tulips, suisen and rape blossoms were also in bloom and it was very beautiful. The green road is relatively narrow, so I gave up and walked with people passing by.
