Dongguan Food Customs Museum

The Dongguan Food Customs Museum is a leisure and consumption special museum with the theme of Dongguan food customs, displaying and promoting traditional food culture. More than 3 million yuan was invested by Dongguan Garden Porridge City Service Co., Ltd., and it was completed and opened in December 2005, with an exhibition area of 884 square meters. There are more than 1,500 cultural relics in the collection. The exhibition starts from the origin of Dongguan's food customs, displays various cooking utensils and food tableware, displays the food characteristics and food customs of each township, and shows the historical evolution of Dongguan's food culture. Here, the audience can not only experience the changes and development of Dongguan's food customs, but also walk into the old kitchen and experience the traditional way of life.
