Pat Sin Leng Country Park is a place with pleasant natural scenery in the Tai Po district. It is famous for its beautiful landscape and lush trees. Located in the northeastern part of Hong Kong's New Territories, Paxianling, adjacent to the nearby Plover Cove Country Park, there is Paxianling full of myths and legends, the beautiful Hexin Reservoir area and Paxianling Nature Education Trail. The ninth and tenth sections of the Wilson Trail also traverse the Pat Sin Leng Country Park. On a clear day, Wilson walks along the ridges of Huangling, Le Bishan and Baxianling. The suburban scenery and even the scenery of Shenzhen, China can also be enjoyed one by one, and you can reach the end of Wei Yixin Trail by descending from Xiangu Peak. Pat Sin Leng is located in Pat Sin Leng Country Park, where hikers can enjoy the joy of the countryside away from the hustle and bustle. Baxianling has eight mountains, stretching from east to west for five kilometers. The average height of the ridge is 600 meters, and the Huangling Mountain is 639 meters high. The mountain in the north slowly descends and merges with the Sha Tau Kok Sea, while in the south there is a steep cliff, which slides down along the surrounding gravel slopes and connects to the Sha Luo Cave. Climbing from Tai Mei Tuk to the peak, the trails along the way are steep and circuitous. At the ridge, the trail rises and falls, with cliffs to the south and rolling hills to the north. Going forward, the "Eight Immortals" will appear in front of you one by one. It takes a lot of effort to climb each mountain. Every mountain in Baxianling is a good place to watch the city and countryside of Hong Kong at the same time, and Huangling is no exception. This wind and rain eroded mountain is covered in sand and gravel, overlooking the natural beauty and the urban New Territories in the distance. To the south of Huangling Mountain is Shaluodong, a deep and quiet valley with many deserted rice fields and villages. To the north of Huangling, behind the mountains, is Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. When tourists go hiking in Baxianling, they usually take a break at Huangling and other hills. Sitting on a high hill, you can enjoy the stark contrast between the city and the countryside that is rarely seen in the world.
Hong Kong's suburban environment is very beautiful, and it is usually not far from the city, so many locals and tourists will also go to the mountains. Hexu Reservoir will attract many tourists every red leaf season. If you want to take pictures, you have to leave early!
