Zaid A.A bridge built by the Japanese during ww2 during some of wars fought in the region. The bridge has historical significance and worth a stop over on a motorbike tour of the area. Great views during sunset.
乖小咪The strawberry farm in Pai is a small paradise with beautiful and lovely scenery. The lawn here is scattered with large and small strawberry models, which are very cute. In addition, there are many bicycles and robot sculptures scattered in the lawn, giving people a fresh and artistic feeling, especially comfortable.
pxy0705The Main Temple in Pai is located on a high mountain in the east of Pai. The view here is very wide and pleasant. It is a newly built temple. Some buildings were not completed when we went, but it occupies a very large area. It should be a very large temple. I hope to visit it again after completion.
Pai is well known as a laid back mountain town set in a pretty valley with a bohemian atmosphere. It’s a great place to try out some of the nearby activities like bamboo rafting and elephant trekking.
It’s also a great destination to just come and chill out and soak up the ambience. The walking street market comes alive at night and is a fantastic spot for shopping and cheap eats. There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, and if you come to party you won’t be disappointed.
About a drive north of Chiang Mai is this chill, zen and Thai fusion like city. Lately this city and area has been very popular with the backpack set looking for really cheap and authentic experiences north of Chiang Mai.
Apart from beautiful landscape with rolling hills, canyons and other panoramic views, you can visit beautiful temples or shrines, a giant white Buddha, water falls, a fantastic night market and just a nice low key vibe compared to bigger tourist focused cities like Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
Mae Hong Son is situated in Northern Thailand. It is also near the Thailand-Myanmar boarder. Mae Hong Son is also very popular backpacker town.
Pang Oung Lake is one of the hidden gems in Mae Hong Son Province. You may take mini van from Chiang Mai and then take Song Taew from Mae Hong Son. Once you reach Pang Oung Lake, you rent tent near the lake or stay at any home stay. Don't forget to rent the bamboo raft and witness the amazing sunrise.
