Jiaxing People's Park is a leisure park built on the basis of the original railway nursery in 1959. It is located opposite the railway station square in Jiaxing. People's Park has large lawns, Sino-Japanese friendship tree, lotus pond, Tushan, osmanthus forest, and children's paradise. More than 100 kinds of flowers and trees, thousands of trees and shrubs are planted in the garden. The flowers and trees are lush in spring and summer, the green shade covers the ground, the sweet-scented osmanthus is fragrant in autumn and winter, and the plum forest is sparse. The Sino-Japanese Friendship Tree in the park is a camphor tree that is also a city tree and was planted on May 13, 1990 to commemorate the first anniversary of the establishment of friendship cities between Jiaxing City and Fuji City, Japan. There are also osmanthus forests, bonsai gardens, and Jujing Gardens in the park. The 1911 Revolution Memorial Tower at the main entrance of People's Park commemorates the Jiaxing martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the 1911 Revolution. On the northwest side, there are children's amusement facilities such as bumper cars, cruise ships, and sports cars in the playground.
