It is very thrilling and breath taking when you are on top of Gnung Mat Cincang. Taking the sky-bridge is most thrilling. It is similar like the one in Jungfraujoch Switzerland minus the climate!
One of the must visit place in langkawi. Gunung Mat Cincang gives a different kind of experience of exploring the nature. You can either go on jungle walk or you can get a ride using the cable car to ...
everything requires a fee cable car ride : RM40 with some miscellaneous entrance access to 3d museum, dome, etc. entrance to skybridge: RM6 on foot, automated ride RM10++ Nice view, but just too ...
Forget the distance of the hike - the challenge is the extremely steep incline. We’re relative fit people and it pushed us to our limits. Probably should have left much earlier than we did. Started at...
amazing view
Where the Sky Bridge is located, the mountain is beautiful and very steep. It is hard to imagine that such a beautiful bridge can be built on such a steep mountain, making it feel like walking in the air. The ecology on the mountain is very good, there are monkeys, they can eat, and they can eat melon seeds, which is amazing.
The scenery of this island is beautiful. It is best to go in the morning to avoid the scenery being obscured by clouds. If you are afraid of heights, I don't recommend you go there. I don’t like all the souvenir shops, nor the other shops on the top of the mountain: where the mysterious side of the mountain disappeared... The cable car experience is very good, there is a very steep slope before going to the middle station. After that, I took the cable car and leaped to the top station. There is a small gap in the sky bridge, but it is indeed a feat of engineering and worth experiencing. You need cash to buy a flyover ticket at the top. You can buy an upward or downward ticket. You can also pay more at the bottom to take the tram up or down the mountain. We didn't plan the trip in advance, and we had a long queue on Friday afternoon. It is recommended that you search for the time when there are few people on Google in advance, because we queued for more than 30 minutes, so there is less time to visit the nearby waterfall.
In the Oriental Village, take the cable car sky cab to the top of the mountain, you can overlook the scenery of Langkawi, you can also go to the Sky Bridge, walk for more than ten minutes, or take a cable car that is tens of meters.
Spectacular but crowdedIf you''re not keen on heights you will find the first few minutes a bit unsettling. But that soon passes. Really great vistas over the mountains, forests and sea. Personally I would recommend the walk from the SkyCab to reach the SkyBridge, rather than than train ride. If you are reasonably fit, it''s quite easy and passes through a nice tree-lined area. Plus, it''s free! The SkyBridge is a top tourist draw so you need patience to get through a lot of people taking photos along its quite narrow width. A bit crowded at peak hours but the views will linger in the memory.
