The park itself is beautiful nestled between the LACMA and Tar Pits. On our day they had a free Latin Music concert on and it was a blast. The place was filled with families, dogs, lawn chairs, grea...
I've lived in Los Angeles for 15 years, and there are times that I simply need to go to Hancock Park--a beautiful old-money residential neighborhood. LA can get so congested, and stressful, and this ...
Hancock Park area is primarily made up of large old time Money homes of LA, before the Westside eclipsed it eventually. Drive the streets and enjoy seeing huge homes and yards, set back nicely. New ge...

It is a calming place in the city.
This is a beautiful and unique home. You can see that this was once the site of a school in Los Angeles. Because there are beautiful and wide tree-lined streets and very beautiful but not gorgeous houses. There are Melrose Avenue and Wilshire Avenue next to it, where many famous people live. After driving around, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is a very quiet and affluent community very close to Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. There is a great Pizzeria Mozza. There is also a series of very attractive power boxes/traffic light control boxes painted with very beautiful artistic creations.
One wonder is the asphalt pond, which contains many animal carcasses, like a cemetery.
The park is a lovely place to visit when it's windy and sunny
A beautiful park and many attractions to stay in
