Luoyang Tulip and Peony Park is a park centered around peonies and tulips. The park is divided into different viewing areas comprising tulips, peonies, seedlings, a large-scale European-style fountain sculpture and a Dutch windmill village. During the Luoyang Peony Fair, in order to provide an improved viewing experience of the flowers for the large numbers of local and foreign tourists, as well as fill in the gaps for off-season flowers in the Central Plain, the park specially upgraded its physical facilities and enlisted the help of senior designers and technical staff to design its indoor greenhouse viewing area as well as improve cultivation techniques of early and late blooming species.
