History has all but forgotten this once great castle. The site is fenced off and I gained entrance but squeezing between the gate and a fence. There are no structures left and the elements have done...
It is the ruins of a castle located only a few kilometers away with the World Heritage Hara Castle (ruins) as a branch castle. Contrary to Hara Castle, which was the stage of the tragedy of the Shimabara Rebellion due to the prohibition of religion, Harunobu Arima's residence, which was baptized before the prohibition of religion and gained food, funds, and trade benefits, was full of golden and luxurious paintings. I felt the sadness of the land of Shimabara, which was at the mercy of the system.
I'm full of fielders, but I want you to take care of it.

When you enter the Hinoe Castle Ruins with a car navigation system, it is a very narrow place where only about two parking lots can be parked on a road that looks like a pot. Apparently he was guided to a licking hand. The next day, I parked at the parking lot on the Otemon side and tried again. The first stairs were good, but after that, it was grassy and unmaintained at all. It's a pity that I haven't spent any money since I was a World Heritage Site. I think I should put my hand in a little more.
Overgrown with grass
There is not much to see except for the blue signboard in Japanese. The ruins is overgrown with grass. Unless you drive, I don’t recommend you to go.
There was once a grand castle.....

It's a nice view.
You can drive to the last minute point. There is nothing in particular, but there are a lot of crabs walking.
