Beautiful place to roam , sitting on the bench enjoy the music and scenery at the beautiful building. For some people might enjoy having coffee in the cafe, but for those who is not the fan of the coffee can enjoy ice cream as one of the option. The ice scream at the square is the best ever.
two hours walking around the old town square might not be enough for the people like me who enjoy locally vibes.
Must revisit again and again#warsawoldtown #warsaw

The surprising Poland
When I have booked the flight to Warsaw I wasn’t expecting being amazed!
The large, clean streets with impressive architecture amazed me.
And about the Warsaw’s Old Town, it is the jewel in the Polish capital’s crown. It delighted us with its colourful tenement houses and the unique atmosphere of its narrow streets. It is no wonder that it has been entered on the UNESCO World Heritage list!
I did not see any other town woth these pastel trees by autumn, is amazing!

Wawel Royal Castle Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Must Visit in Poland: Wawel Royal Castle 🏰
#timetotravel
Wawel Royal Castle, perched atop a limestone hill in the heart of Kraków, Poland, is a historical treasure that left an indelible mark on me. This majestic fortress, dating back to the 14th century, is a symbol of Polish heritage.
Exploring its opulent chambers, including the State Rooms and Royal Private Apartments, offered a glimpse into the regal life of Poland's monarchs. The castle's collection of art, tapestries, and regal artifacts is simply breathtaking.
What truly captivated me was the panoramic view of Kraków from the castle's courtyard, overlooking the Vistula River. It's a vista that encapsulates the city's rich history and modern vitality.
Wawel Castle is a must-visit, not only for history buffs but for anyone seeking to immerse themselves in the cultural heritage and architectural splendor of Poland. #castle #trip #poland
Do you believe in fairytales? | Wawel Castle
Do you believe in fairytales? If yes, you should visit the Wawel Castle in Krakow! One of the most beautiful sights in Krakow and you should not miss the chance to visit it!
You can have a walk outside for free, otherwise you can go inside the castle and the ticket costs about 6€-7€.
You will love it! There is a story behind the building and I recommend you to read it before you visit the castle.😍
As you head to the castle, you will see a magnificent view of the town (in your left hand)!

Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
An emotional experience at Auschwitz
Everyone has heard of the horrors that happened during the second World War. In Europe, Poland was hit hardest and millions of Jewish people died, many of them here at Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.
Located near the beautiful town of Krakow, you can easily visit this site on a day trip, either with your own transport or on one of the many tours.
You can visit some of the barracks to see the poor conditions in which the people lived. There are also many exhibitions showing some pictures as well as items from that time. But easily the most important part are the gas chambers where the people were put to death. You can't help but being moved.
The Museum is located on the outskirts of the city of Oświęcim on national road 933.
Admission to the grounds of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial is free.

The pictures are from the Auschwitz-Birkeneau in nowadays called town of Oswiecim - #poland . It is a place form the world war 2 and maybe everyone heard about it. The birkeneau is free for visiting and there is no need of reservation. However for the museum you need to book in advance even it costs 0$. The place is really interesting and worth a visit.

Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau 🏢
#2024wish
Just had a profoundly moving day at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. The entrance is free, a stark reminder that some experiences are beyond any price tag. 🕊️
Walking through the gates sent shivers down my spine. The museum is a heartbreaking testament to the atrocities of the Holocaust. The exhibits are haunting, from personal belongings to the chilling photos that capture the unimaginable. 😢
Birkenau, the vastness of it, is almost surreal. Standing by the railway tracks, it hits you – the scale of the tragedy. The solemnity of the memorial and the remnants of barracks leave you in somber reflection. 🚂
The guided tour is incredibly informative, providing historical context and personal stories that humanize the unimaginable suffering. The memorial's commitment to education and remembrance is palpable. 📚
Post-visit, I took a moment at the nearby Oświęcim town square – a small but resilient town with its own history. It's a poignant continuation of the day's reflections. 🏰 #AuschwitzMemorial #HolocaustRemembrance #HumanityPrevails #NeverForget

Warsaw Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
[Traveling around Eastern Europe] D1-Warsaw
Flying from Polish Airlines to Ljubljana in Beijing, I have to wait 24 hours in Warsaw, and the result is accidentally the first stop for me to travel around Eastern Europe. When it landed at noon, it was still raining. When it was out in the afternoon, it was clear and clear, and luck was so unbelievable.
The church of the Holy Cross is buried in the heart of Chopin. It is said that his sister went to France after his death and sneaked his heart back into Poland.
Figure 4 Science and Culture Palace is a Soviet period building. Seeing it reminds me of the North Exhibition next to the Beijing Zoo.
Warsaw Old Town was once blown into powder by Nazi Germany, but after the war the Polish people restored it perfectly. Now it looks like there is no contradiction. Compared with the antique buildings in Beijing, it is a world of difference.
The clear blue sky is as gentle as the lake, the golden glow of the setting sun and the pink clouds after the sunset are the most intoxicating beauty of European winter.
Dinner angered a large plate of Polish dumplings and a large ribs, the Polish can be called a meat expert, how can neighbors Germany not know how to learn? However, although the dumplings have a variety of pork, mashed potatoes, cheese, sauerkraut, etc., the overall feeling is not amazing.
This Polish restaurant called Zapiecek is located in the tourist area but the taste is surprisingly rare.
Unexpectedly, Warsaw is enough surprises and looks forward to seeing you next time.
Dusk is the best time to take pictures, don't miss it. Take a photo of the sky and turn the aperture down to 10 or more. The lines of the clouds will be beautiful.
Royal Castle Square, don't just play in the square, be sure to enter the castle, there is no hole in the sky. The weather in Warsaw in the past few days is very strong. Blue sky and white clouds are very beautiful.
After the reconstruction of the Second World War, it was specially approved as a "World Heritage" in Warsaw, Poland.
When it comes to vodka, the first thing people think of is Russia. In fact, Poland is also a producer of high-quality vodka. The Polish added some spice materials such as grasses and plant fruits during the brewing process, so the vodka in Poland is rich in flavor and rich in flavor. In the Vodka Museum in Warsaw, you can learn about the history of Vodka, the production process, and you can taste three vodkas.

the ancient town where the best Lody (polish for Ice Cream) after Krakow Syariwilna street lody shop is sold. pretty much the same to me but people say that somehow Krawow us better. I am not a fan of Ice Cream during cold (deadly cold, to be honest) days of Polish winter. But what I was really fan of is that the way the city was totally empty at 7 am. it was magnificent and very weird atonce.

#krakow is located in lesser #poland and many people say that is the best tourist attraction in the country. There is very nice #castle at the hill over the town, also a river passes through it and as all the polish cities there is a big square at the center.

How can I shoot a city overlooking a photo without a drone? Here is a summary of Krakow's ascendant destination:
(1) Ascend to the bell tower of the Wawel Church, you can see the dazzling city scenery. Since the old city is located in the north-northeast direction of Wawel, the best time to take pictures in the tower is the afternoon, when the sun will be smoother.
(2) The Sandomier Tower in the Wawel Castle area overlooks the Wawel Church and the Wawel Castle. The classic postcard corner comes from here. Since the old town is located in the east-southeast direction of Wawel, the best time to take pictures on the tower is still afternoon.
(3) The tower of the Church of Our Lady, due to the number of people in the tower, it is necessary to buy tickets in advance to reserve the time for the tower, including the Textile Hall, the Town Hall Tower, the Old Town Square, etc. In the west, the southern part of the old town, including Wawel Castle, is backlit at all times, so the best time to climb is the morning. If you happen to arrive at the top of the tower at the hour, you can also slog the horn.
(4) The town hall tower on the central square can also be topped, but the view from the top of the tower is generally visible, and the Wawel Castle can still be seen in the south, but the sights are blocked by the buildings on the side of the square.
(5) There is another place that can be climbed. Most people may ignore it. This is the platform on the top floor of the textile club. Stairs through the National Museum branch can go up to the top floor of the Textile Hall, the best place to photograph the Cathedral of Our Lady, the most suitable time is afternoon.
Krakow should be Poland's most proud city. In the 10th century, Krakow was once the capital of Poland. It was the most brilliant economic, academic, cultural and political center of the Middle Ages and an example of the medieval European capital. In the 18th century, the capital of Poland moved to Warsaw. The city that once looked like 700 years seems to have been forgotten by people. However, it is this kind of forgotten that it has escaped the artillery fire of World War II and miraculously preserved the carat. There are eight gates in Cove. From Krakow train station, it takes only ten minutes to walk to the gate of Florian, the largest main city gate at that time. The Florianska Street, opposite the city gate, is one of the liveliest streets in the Old Town, and the city gate has been taking people to the market square in Krakows Old Town. The towering Maria Church in the square is one of the most beautiful Gothic buildings in Poland. The decoration and color of the church are unique, and the altar inside is especially precious. The Renaissance-style building opposite the church was a market built by merchants at the time, and today it is still a market filled with tourists from all over the world. Traveling by car in Krakow should have a time-lapse effect, accompanied by the crisp sound of horseshoes stepping on the stone road, walking through the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque buildings, through the medieval style.
