The remnants of the Taiwanese city are the earliest castles in Taiwan. Its wall structure is composed of sugar water, glutinous rice juice, oyster shell ash, sand and other laminated bricks, also known as "triad soil". After more than 300 years of space-time changes, there are only one outer city wall, an ancient well, a semi-circular prism base and some remnants. Among them, the 65.8-meter-long southern wall of the former outer city is the largest. In addition, the remains of "iron scissors" can still be seen on the walls, which were set up to stabilize the girders and prevent separation, while the square holes on the walls are the barracks of the Navy barracks during the period of the Qing Dynasty. In the old castle, there is a red brick wall fortress, which is the only relic of the old city more than 300 years ago. On the fortress, the ancient banyan branches twisted and twisted, making it particularly vigorous and old. A stone tablet was erected on the open ground in front of the castle, with four large characters in the book "Anping Castle". At the foot of the castle, a bronze statue of Zheng Chenggong was erected. In Zheng Chenggong's exhibition hall, the original model of the city of Geranjah built when the Dutch invaders occupied it, as well as Zheng Chenggong's ink and related historical materials are displayed. The castle has a watchtower, a lighthouse built on the city foundation during the Guangxu period. The Anping Castle is Taiwan's first-class monument, the Anping Castle Museum of Cultural Relics on the city, the restoration map of Geranza, the peace-seeking battle map of the Dutch envoy, and the Zheng Cheng image, all kinds of model buildings are placed in the glass window. The real Dutch relics are only the brick walls in front of the old castle, which were originally built on the south side of the outer city.
