鸽子窝公园，又称鹰角公园，位于北戴河海滨的东北角，根据官网2023年04月20日显示，占地300余亩，是国家AAAA级景区，秦皇岛市北戴河风景名胜区四大景区之一。

北戴河属于秦皇岛市的一个区，既然有北戴河也有南戴河。北戴河夏天景色非常美丽，碧海蓝天，细沙微风，仿佛诗一般的意境。北戴河的特色就是看日出，吃海鲜。游人如织，特别是刘庄的海边，更是人山人海。

北戴河不一定是最美丽的海滨景点，但绝对是最安全的，尤其是外部的警巡力度和交通的管制，在全国那也是一个标杆。而且北戴河气候很舒适，景区规划比较合理，是一个非常值得去的地方。
