Gramercy Tavern is the 14th restaurant in New York. The main cuisine is still mainly American cuisine, because it belongs to American cuisine, so the authentic is affirmative~ The dishes here are full of creativity~ There are dishes I have never tried, such as this signature sour bagels, flounder and scallops. Seafood is also a good choice. The sour bagels were the best I had ever eaten. The bread was super fresh and incredible. A little sour. The pre-dinner appetizer reminded me of puff pastry, but with creamy cheese. The first dish was raw scallops with pie sauce. It was delicious. Other tasty items include the main course, which is slightly roasted with some burnt duck breast stew, and a dish with barley as the bottom and large flounder. The service was very kind and in place. When I went to the bathroom, they covered my dish with a silver plate. The waiter was particularly discerning and didn't need us to ask for anything. Overall, I really liked this place, with American characteristics. Not to create a French atmosphere. The service is very kind, not catering to customers. The food is not fashionable, but not all old-fashioned. Despite the high ceiling, guests feel warm and friendly.
