Grand Plaza, the heart of Antwerp, is the town hall. Although the area is not its boastful capital, it has an ancient charm. Today's Grand Plaza is also the end of the marathon! So the orchestra came out to cheer, the music was very encouraging and light! Antwerp means "thrower" in Dutch, and the legend goes that the young Brabo (who collects high tolls from passing captains) chops his giant hand into the Skelter River in a graceful bow. This scene is described by a bronze sculpture group in the center of Antwerp's "Grand Square", which is a sign of the restoration of freedom and smoothness of the Skelter River.
