Last autumn, I came to Qingshannan Road and visited Haiyin Temple, one of the three ancient temples in South Korea. This lush early summer, came to the quiet Gucheng Yuquan Temple. From dusk, sunset to sunrise, I experienced a complete temple life. In the temple, regardless of religious beliefs, we follow the monks to meditate, ritual Buddha, vegetarian food, walking, temporarily away from the disturbance of the world, and seek inner peace. Through regular work and rest and dialogue with nature to listen, relax body and mind, increase immunity, promote blood circulation, along with the ancient temple bell, spring sound, empty meditation, natural healing.
