Huguang Guild Hall, located at No. 4 Dongshuimen Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, was built in the 24th year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty and expanded in the 26th year of Daoguang reign. Existing Guangdong Guild Hall, Jiangnan Guild Hall, Lianghu Guild Hall, Jiangxi Guild Hall and four theatre buildings, including Guangdong Public Office and Qian Public Office. The relief sculpture of the guild hall building is exquisite and vivid. Its main themes are: Journey to the West, Stories of the West Chamber, the Character Stories of the Seal of God and the 24 Filial Piety, as well as dragons and phoenixes, animals and all kinds of fantastic flowers and plants. The whole ancient building group, with beautiful carvings, is the representative of Southern architectural art in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and also the largest existing ancient guild hall complex in China. In Dongshuimen area, according to geomantic omen theory, the inner side of the bending channel is "Jidi" and the outer side is "Jidi". The area around Dongshuimen is just the place where Suzaku dances. The Fengshui is very good. The Guild Hall is located here.
