Nanshe ancient village in Ming and Qing dynasties is a part of Nanshe village in Chashan, Dongguan. It is an ancient village with dual cultural characteristics of farming and overseas Chinese. It has been more than 800 years since the village was established in the Song Dynasty. The village still retains Xie's ancestral hall, Old East Garden ancestral hall, Centenary Square, Evening Festival ancestral hall, ancient fence, Qijia Temple, Xie Yuexi's former residence built in the Qing Dynasty, and more than 250 ancient residential groups. The village is built by the mountains and rivers and stretched by lanes, just like a three-dimensional picture scroll of village landscape, which can be called a museum of Dongguan Rural ancient architecture. An accidental opportunity to know Nanshe, came to Nanshe, was immediately attracted by its scenery and history. Walking in the village, ancestral temples, ancient temples, bookstores, folk houses, everywhere people linger and forget to return. There is the style of Lijiang, but there is no noise of Lijiang. There are lights in Qinhuai, but there is no dust in Qinhuai. Low-key, simple, quiet and gentle, just like the original appearance 800 years ago.
