It has been several hundred years since the Ming Dynasty when the temple was built. There is also an imperial decree from the emperor. The hall was repaired several times, but it remained as it was. Some Muslim sacred relics and precious cultural relics are also preserved in the temple, which belongs to the mosque directly managed by Tianjin Municipal Committee. I believe that Muslim compatriots who come to Tianjin will come and see it. Non-Muslim compatriots are not allowed to enter the hall. Please turn off the ringing tone when entering the hall.

    5/5Outstanding

It is a Muslim Mosque (Temple), made with Chinese Architecture; no domes. Somebody might do mistake considering it as another Confucius Temple. Easily accessible from Metro (Line 1) with small walking or renting a Bi-cycle. They have large ablutions room to clean yourself; also special pots to wash your secret parts. No minaret as commonly seen in Turkey, Malaysia, Bangladesh etc. Two old stands for khutba (addressing place), latest gadgets are connected like sound system, fire extinguishers, also modern lightings. Animals sculptures were seen at the rooftops designs which is uncommon for a Muslim Mosque. Both male and female can offer prayers. Found very less young people offering Jumma Salat (Friday Prayer) which is must to pray together in a week. People were very friendly and helpful. A good place to visit.
