It was a great project and I appreciate it wasn’t for profit. Upon realizing this, the rooms were completely uninhabitable. As a remote island, I didn’t expect too much, but the rooms hadn’t been cleaned for months except for changing the sheets. At the moment we arrived, I asked the management about this and they didn’t just do anything and didn’t seem to care. I think because they knew I was gone after 24 hours. For the kids, it was the highlight of the trip. Clear waters, charming beaches, and the most important turtles. We didn’t have a guide, the staff really took care of us, it was fantastic to have Bella with the kids. We were lucky to see turtles hatch at sunset and then the turtle mothers return to the sea at sunrise. Although there is no organization to observe the turtles, it is still worth it. There were a small number of annoying tourists who were supposed to turn off their flashlights but didn't do so, but the patrol was very polite to tell them what to do.
