Wat Phra Kaew, located in the northeast corner of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, is the most famous Buddhist temple in Thailand and one of the three great treasures of Thailand. Jade Buddha Temple accounts for about one fourth of the area of the Great Palace. There are three main parts in the Jade Buddha Temple: the Ubosot and the Emerald Buddha, which surround the corridor of the Jade Buddha Temple with 178 murals and 12 pavilions around the Daxiong Palace; the Jade Buddha is carved from the whole Jade Buddha (because it can not see the green color of the Jade Buddha statue in its brocade robe). You can't take pictures inside the Daxiong Palace, but you can take pictures outside the Palace.
