The Crab Shack Review

First meal to Ho Chi Minh. With my mother, I ordered a 700g female crab, Hong Kong-style garlic. A salted egg yolk fried shrimp. The taste is very amazing, never loses to Singapore. The ingredients are fresh and the taste of the sauce is perfect. The big head shrimp is used, which is huge. The price on the menu is before tax, and there is a service fee and VAT. The last two dishes plus drinks are more than 1.4 million, and the price is expensive compared to Vietnam. Compared with Singapore, it is still cheap.

They had plenty of food to choose from but I was more interested in the bucket! The interior was decorated like a seafood market by the harbour!We decided to DIY our bucket with seafood we like, so we ordered:-1. Watermelon juice for 69K VND - 10/10 freshly squeezed and sweet watermelon! Very refreshing.2. Mozzarella stick for 149K VND - 10/10 the cheese pull was so satisfying but this might have been a little too much for 2 pax.3. Garlic noodle for 85K VND - 3/10 it's just instant noodle fried with garlic powder. But it's great for those who can't handle spicy food. It acts as a medium to finish the seafood bucket.4. The seafood bucket 10/10! We got to customised the ingredients, sauce and spice level! We had:-- 0.5kg Prawn - prawn was cooked perfectly! easily peeled from the shell and was sweet.- 0.3kg Scallops - scallops was cooked perfectly. Crunchy and sweet!- 0.64kg crab - the crab was very sweet and meaty.The seafood was definitely fresh. Overall a great place for lunch or dinner! The staffs were very friendly and helpful but we might have over ordered for 2 pax! I would still head back but with more guest the next time!
