Overall evaluation: 7-7.5 / 10

Rebel "open" in the spring of 2013. I said "open" because the restaurant was once called "Club K" Former owner and chef Rasmus Club K who was especially known for his steak with mayonnaise. Then he left the restaurant, and Martin Hylleborg and then ran the place where, in his name, they decided a few years ago to change the style and name. Food is called "modern bistro" and "foodie".

costs 119 kroner per course when writing. Then there are supplements of lobster, caviar, French truffle balls if you want to add to a dish. If you are hungry, four dishes are recommended. I have four classes, and my wife has two.

My first class is baked creamy polybaby with two cauliflower. I also added lobster, which is a supplement of 89 kroner. Very good, taste and cooked fish and shrimp.

My wife has a photo of soup I didn't take, For some reason.

My next course is beef sauce - red currant, mustard, herbal salad sauce, collapse, and chicken dumplings. Honestly, I chose this because it looks fun, but if I could do it again, I would choose something else - not that it was bad in any way, just because tartar didn't do me much. Anyway, it was a good tartar. Guinea chicken breast stew was one of the best and tenderest chicken nuggets I've ever eaten. Slow cooked chicken legs, naturally, a bit dry. Light foam sauce (maybe with chicken sorghum or chicken sorghum) and baby corn are a good match. Congee cube is something I never understood. Their dish, but nothing else adds some texture.

My wife has beef cold cream stew and beets. She wants to do well, which in my opinion completely destroys it, but she loves the dish.

Dessert is graniteé and cream strawberries, crash, dumplings, fresh berries and caramel. Another delicious dish - a large combination and a strong taste. At 119 kronor each dish, four dishes will set you back to 476 kronor. I have lobster saying that this time came to a total of 565 kronor. A glass of white wine is 120 kronor, and the water is 39 kronor/person. This means 724 kronor for me, 277 for my wife (she doesn’t have any wine). So, in short, not a cheap meal, neither food nor wine. It’s definitely more expensive than cofoco, the food of similar quality of service, though not so luxurious. But if you look at the quality and price levels of food in Copenhagen, it's worth it. On the wall behind us "Shut up!" is written in big font, because the concept is to miss out on all the endless anecdotes about the origins of raw materials and farming methods.

There are places to eat near this restaurant. I saw this local highest, and the price is similar. The dishes are authentic, and there is a dish similar to winter melon. The meat and vegetables are comfortable to eat.

This is a fine restaurant. The chemical oxygen demand is amazing, the saran steak is delicious (recommended for black truffles!) the pork belly is good, if not too small. We didn’t starve to death when we visited so we only tried 3 courses but would love to see the rest of the menu again. Last night dinner I coveted. Service was very attentive and should be. Excellent in all directions.

My wife and I spent a few days in Copenhagen and we were looking for a good place to eat. I booked a few weeks ago with the rebels, but it turned out to be unnecessary. On a Monday night, the site said it was as closed as the internet, but a phone call confirmed it was open... Maybe that's why restaurants aren't busy - certainly not food or service. There are two options on the menu - arguably full meals, including seven courses, paired with wine, or ordering a single small plate. Many restaurants in Copenhagen seem to like the set menu and, although interesting, there are always things I don't want to order. Yes, these packages let me step out of my comfort zone step by step, but often not, they confirm my hobby. This is a very lovely and charming waitress who speaks impeccable English and advises that three small plates would be enough if we were hungry. My wife and I decided to share two each and then the third one with dessert.

We ordered a good bottle of restaurant first. If I have a suggestion, it will have more wine in the 500 DKK mark. There are lots of good wines that are more reasonable prices and finding those is half the fun of eating out. But having said so, we were very happy with our selection. I ordered Duroc pork and stir-fried chops. We decided to share the rib eye steak with black truffle and chocolate pie. Really delicious. There is soft on the outside, inside and it is delicious.

from the beginning of the course. The trophy fish in onion sauce is delicious; fried Comte cheese with its top. On my side, pork and pork sausages are equally pleasant - pork belly is usually chewy, but this is melted in your mouth delicious, and yellow pea lotion is added to Bliss. If we think things can't get better, we do so, and the next course proves we're wrong. Octopus is my wife with gentle and as soft as the miscellaneous, soft these should be. I am not a big fan of beets, which is common, but including beets is delicious as it is fried cabbage, which is fun and sounds.

But wait - rib eyes come, and the waiter in the meat (there is a black truffle to add truffles), say " tell me when you feel guilty. " She starts to put the truffle dish, and I just watch the anticipation. Is guilty? Is there anything too much truffle? This dish is well matched, if there is a dish, I suggest you try it, this is it. The meat is tender and juicy, even the fat is delicious. The sauce is incredible, the truffles add it all together. I regret sharing this with my wife! We ended up with dessert. Chocolate pie is good, but it is what makes this dish. No matter what they do with the cherries, they need to continue doing it. Service is professional and pleasant; the pace of the meal is perfect. Room is empty but comfortable and chairs are comfortable. The restaurant is temporary, and a nice pair of jeans is uncomfortable, but picks not at all.

In general, I would not hesitate to return to try some of the dishes I ordered for a second, as well as try some others. I don't think you'll have a problem here. It was a wonderful discovery.

Interesting menu from which you can choose any number of plates or all of them! We started with three plates (all sizes) and ordered more as required. The quality of the food was excellent. Selected wines. Our waiters were both inexperienced and lacking in character. Our table was also in the semi-basement. Fortunately we arrived early and had a choice of table with a window view. So please have the table upstairs.

My wife and I were happy to visit her. The simple dishes, not visually impressive - but clean and accurate taste in good harmony. The best dish is fried kapers duck rilette as well as beef stew. And the Italian stew with salmon and the main course with beef and potatoes is superb. The service and atmosphere of the restaurant is also very good. Nice to visit again for another time.
