Saigon Shack Review

Saigon shack, Vietnamese restaurant, signature Saigon river powder, raw beef cut into thin slices and spread on the powder, the soup head made from beef bones tastes strong, and there is no greasy feeling when drinking. This is a Vietnamese restaurant on McDougall Street in Soho, Lower Manhattan, New York, close to Washington Square Park. The restaurant is not too big, but very popular, often need to queue up for a seat. The Vietnamese dishes and snacks made here are simple but delicious, especially the soup powder is very affordable.

Located on a street near New York University, there are many restaurants next to it, but this one has been in business, and there is always a queue for meals. The Pho of the sign is cheap and large, and the beef is also very large. Other snacks taste general. It is worth mentioning that the turntable rate is very high, and the waiter is very fast, so the waiting time is generally short.

Vietnamese cuisine is really pleasing, simple and satisfying. The signature pho soup head tastes delicious enough rice noodles to bounce teeth. We love this place. It is small and there is usually a wait to get a table. Also, there is no air conditioning so they will open the front doors. On very hot days it can be a little uncomfortable. The food is delicious and very fresh. The portions are a very nice size. We usually order a variety of items and share. They have sandwiches, noodle dishes, appetizers, etc. They do have some spicy items and they can be VERY spicy so be careful. They can adjust these for you if you ask.
