We wanted to get in touch with the most ecological Sabah, so we drove to the Krok Mountains in the morning, but we accidentally stole the pitcher plants and rhododendron plants because of the winding roads. The Krok Mountains, also translated as the Clark Mountains and the Crocker Mountains, are a mountain range on the island of Borneo, Malaysia. The mountain divides the east and west coasts of Sabah, with an average elevation of 1,800 meters, and is the largest mountain range in Sabah. The Mount Kinabalu is the highest peak in Southeast Asia, and the mountain area is currently designated as the Crocker Mountain National Park. The Clark Mountains became a forest reserve in 1968. In 1984, it was upgraded to the Clark Range National Park to ensure that the water source continued to provide clean drinking water to the Brazilian coast and the interior. In 1996, the Clark Mountain National Park was incorporated under the jurisdiction of the Sabah Park, as the government increasingly focused on the conservation of rare animals, plants and their natural habitats in the Clark Mountains. The plant growth here is unusually flourishing because of the excellent ecological environment. We climbed up the steps along the green grass and went deep into the forest. The legendary pitcher plant was smashed in the park. The pitcher plant is easily wilted when it meets the water, so it shows the shape in the picture. Nepenthes is a tropical carnivorous plant that has a unique nutrient-harvesting insect-catching cage. The insect-catching cage is cylindrical, the lower part is slightly enlarged, and the cage has a lid. It is named for its shape like a pig cage. Nepenthes is a very interesting and lovely plant.
