Yicun

It is said that when Jiang Jingguo came to Shanghai to play tigers, he lived in No. 2. Yixuan buildings are mostly brick and wooden structures, with slow tube tile roofs, spiral window columns, flower iron fences, glazed tiles, empty flower decorations, tube tile doors and windows. Usually the courtyard is deep, the door is closed, and it is difficult for outsiders to see it. When the fog went, I happened to meet No. 4 in the renovation and was able to go in. A three-story Spanish-style building with a garden of 200 square meters. There is a small scale on the gate that writes "half an acre". Does it mean half an acre? The building has two separate systems (doors, rooms, stairs), and is estimated to be the master room in front, the small house in the back and the small stairs to the next person's place. There is a long balcony facing the garden on the second floor. Others are being renovated and can't be seen. I heard from the decoration staff that only the appearance is retained, the interior is re-divided and the design is re-divided. It is a pity to see the old-fashioned wall panels and chandeliers being removed.
