Pros. Traditional premier inn style： Comfortable beds Plenty of space Friendly staff Good value for money and tasty food Convenient location Cons. Internet is very unstable I stayed here for three days and there was no house keeping at all, even the towels were not changed!

Good location. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Rooms poorly cleaned. Day staff was rudely unpleasant throughout the stay. Night shift staff were nice.

Okay for one night stay. The e bed is relatively small but sufficient for one person

Breakfast is generally paid on site. It's the same old British style, which is still very good. American hotel management style, the rooms are neither small nor big, compact, but the clothes drying rack cannot be moved out of the hanging closet, and they are nestled together, making it difficult to ventilate. It would be best to have a clothes hanger with a curved hook.

Nice room, very comfortable bed. The accommodation is in a very good location. delicious breakfast There are many to choose from. Welcoming and very good service If there is a chance to go to Canterbury again, will stay here again.

it's actually very good

The team with fantastic it was great great service to the kids which we have five of really busy so thank you so much , The room was really great. The food was absolutely fantastic. The children laughed the children’s Food and I think it was great value for money and the wine was really good as well.

Sarah gave a very nice welcome and surprise. Room was clean and decent size. Came for a business trip stayed for two nights and the staff were all lovely. From managers to restaurant staff all were attentive. Great team. Good location to shops and town.

Booked family room was told beds would be made before I arrived back from wedding came in 11pm with two children no bedding was supplied around 11.30 then had to make beds myself only one sheet

Staff happy to help with storage of baggage and other queries. Very good service by the housekeeping staff. Pleasant restaurant with a good selection of food. The room was very comfortable with little noise.

Stayed in a lot of Premier Inns, this was by far the worst. Dirty room, clumps of old hair left on bathroom floor. Never anyone on reception.

Good location for visiting the Cathedral, not much parking on site but public parking nearby. Rooms seem to have been downgraded , no sofa in our room, but maybe they are cost saving. Good breakfast as you would expect from Premier Inn.
