Hotel COZi Resort Reviews

Location is good, service is so bad except the reception, i don't know other HongKong hotels, we just stayed 1 night in HK, but we traveled few countries in last 2 months, vietnam, thailand but the breakfast buffet and service was worst.

Like the name Cozi resort, we feel very cozy in this hotel, and nowadays it’s rather hard to find such a big hotel in Hongkong with low price (our room seize 28m2 for 4pax pay $70usd). Most important the lication just infront of Tuen Mun MRT station (exit A) and if want a one day transit hotel, Cozi resort is a right choice, you can go to airport by MRT or taxi (15mins travel pay about $150hkd) or airport bus (A33X 45mins travel). The receptions are very helpful too, they help us to order taxi etc. But this hotel do not provide drinking water, so you hv to buy it in the machine or 711 store near the hotel.

This hotel is great value close to MTR ,bus station and shopping centre. Thanks to front desk I got a free upgrade and I will definitely book again next time.

Friendly atmosphere, rooms are fairly clean and big. Biggest surprise was the two double beds. Pricing was decent overall for the weekdays.

The hotel is located close to the airport and there is a metro station and large mall nearby. The themed hotel rooms are nicely decorated and the lobby has a cute train theme.

The room is quite decent and the hotel service is quite satisfactory. Besides, the location is convenient.

+Secure and reasonably clean Thailand theme room. +Front desk male staff Dicky was very helpful and considerate, providing outstanding service to assign appropriate room to guest. +Smart design to have various country themes on different floors of the building, which kids may like. -Very far away from Hong Kong city center & popular tourist attractions (almost 1 hour MTR train ride each way costing around HKD 23, so 2 hour travel per day). -Facial tissues unavailable inside room. -The word Resort in its name is very different from reality based on global definition, which may create a big gap against expectation of guest. -Some guests may be disappointed that swimming pool is not open. -Gym: only weight training tools are dumbbells shown on photo here.

It’s 2nd time i come back for Hotel Cozi due to some reasons of family. I’m being upgraded to family room with 2 double bed. Room is clean and cute, facilities are well maintained Will recommend to stay again

Affordable and nice even the room is very small, others things are perfect at this price.

I stayed at room 1301. Nice Japanese theme room. Nice view from my room. Throughout my stay it was one of the best hotel that I ever stayed. Quiet and peaceful. I did tried their seafood buffet on weekends. Hotel guest entitled 30% off the bill which is great 👍 nice hot powerful shower. Near to tuen mun mtr station. Next to v city shopping mall which connected to mrt as well. Nice hotel staffs. Can check in at 12pm onwards if rooms are available. I lost my small wallet while i checked out. I emailed to them they quickly responded. They said they will be able to safe kept my wallet for 3 months. Good job. I will stay this hotel again if I visit hongkong again.
