Location is great. Lots of food and shops nearby.

I stayed at the Haru Hotel for the two nights in between. The room was a little smaller, but it didn’t matter.
The hotel prepared toothbrushes, but the hot water in the bathroom came slowly and needed to be left for a while.
The location is very close to BHC Fried Chicken. There is a path going down to the left of BHC Fried Chicken and you will reach the Haru Hotel at the end.
The front desk can speak simple Chinese and can store things
There is a relatively large GS25 convenience store next to it

It was all pretty average, and there wasn't much service. I went there based on the reviews saying they would pick me up at Dongmen Market for a four-night stay, but there was nothing there. The front desk didn't seem to want to deal with anyone, so I didn't ask.
