Good location, but the bed is wayyy beyond comfy; it's too hard. Also, no facilities were available like a water kettle. That's pretty normal in other accommodations with this kind of price.

Good Hotel and great location. We extend our vacation and we decide to stay in this hotel. Employees are friendly and attentive. We always comeback to a neat and clean room after a tiring day exploring Macau. Small room but good to relax and sleep. Will come again for sure.

Location is near almost everything. Bed is super hard but service is good as filipino staffs are very hardworking.

The hotel is very clean and located at a convenient location. Staff is friendly. The only thing is that they only provide bath towels but no hand towel nor floor towel for the bathroom.

The hotel is in an ok spot, everything is on walking distance but honestly the road to get there is not great. The room was nice, but my stay could have been disastrous, they want you yo pay the full room fare for one more night if you don’t check out after 11. That was not mention. I paid roughly 50€ for a night but the fare i would have paid if I overslept would have been 5500 MOP (630€). THAT’S ALMOST LIKE A SCAM!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is actually lotcated in the downtown area. you can find lots of different shops and restaurants near the hotel. it is super handy. The room was extremely clean. However, the bed was hard. I highly recommend you guys to stay here if you plan to travel to macau. The price is affordable. I had a great time staying at this lovely hotel.

Grande Hotel: Nice place for staycation and relaxation. Hotel is clean and with complete amenities. The only problem is the Hotel staff is not enough to clean-up rooms and attended to some personal needs and request. Overall it was a good stay .

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ruins of St Paul’s and the authentic looking old Portuguese area of Macau. Lots of restaurants, cafes, some bars and shops nearby. Walk in a straight line for 20 mins to the ****** area too. The hotel workers were nice and the room was amazing. Great view of thee city, spacious room with TV that has access to lots of movies and the bathroom was great - nice powerful shower. The hotel provide free bottles of water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and body wash as well. 100% recommend. The air con was very decent as well!

Freshly renovated, modern and comfortable bathroom. Seaview rooms really offer great view. Great location right in front airport bus TM4 or MZH bridge Terminal Bus 101X

Refurbished historic building, excellent location if you are looking to explore the “old Macau”. The room is huge and no problem fitting 5 people with 3 beds. The tile floors in the room as well as in the corridor makes it noisy at night when people walked by and speaking outside.

The place is amazing. It was clean and spacious and all our requests like additional towels and water were accommodated. It's a short walk from Senado Square and St. Paul Ruins. Our room is directly in front of Sofitel and there are lots of nearby shops and places to eat at. There are free shuttles from major hotels that you can simply hop on and off going around different ******s. Definitely recommend as we really enjoyed our stay here. Just a suggestion, though. If they can also provide iron for clothes and mirror inside the room and not just in the bathroom. The concierge doesn't speak much English but you get by as there's a translator app and a Pinoy kababayan who helped us too.

There was a leftover food found in drawer from previous guest. Quick action was taken by the hotel staffs after reporting.
