No variable frequency air conditioner: Most houses in this community do not have heating function, and it is clearly marked in the room description. Later, the room I changed to for the guest had heating, and I also added an electric blanket. 3. No free upgrade of room type: This right should belong to me, not the guest. I cannot upgrade for free without reason, otherwise it would be unfair to other guests, and the guest did not object to my proposal to change rooms. 4. Check-out time was only delayed by half an hour: The normal check-out time is 12 o'clock, which can be delayed for free to 2 o'clock in the afternoon. When checking in, a warm reminder "If there are special circumstances, you can inform me in advance to delay check-out" was sent to the guest. The guest did not inform me in advance, and only told me around 11 o'clock, and there were already guests who booked the room. 5. Why do you want to post a selfie: For safety reasons, people entering this community must register their ID cards.
