Xizhimen Catholic Church, located in the south of Xizhimen Inner Street Road, is currently a dental clinic on the east side, and Tianfu No. store on the west side. I usually feel that there are not many people here, sometimes the door is closed, there are many people when there are activities, and some weddings are held in the church.
Due to the reason near the door of the home, I often pass by Xizhimen Catholic Church, and sometimes I will take advantage of the door to open to see, but unfortunately I have not entered the inside of the church. If I have the opportunity in the future, I should go and see it. It was interesting to open a dental hospital on the east side of the churchyard.
The Catholic Church is large in scale, convenient in location and unique in architectural style.
This is a Catholic church with a unique architectural style and a relatively small scale.
Beijing has four cathedrals, Xizhimen Catholic Church also called the Virgin Clothes Church, short for the West Church, is a Gothic building of the independent clock tower. She is the smallest of the four churches and is directly affiliated with the Holy See, which is different from the three other churches created for Jesuits and later affiliated with the Holy See. Christmas 27 December 2017 just passed by Xizhimen Church with my girlfriends to get in. Unfortunately, the gate was closed and there was no activity. The Christmas tree outside the church still hung Christmas decorations, everything was so peaceful and comfortable. Although I couldn't go in and feel the atmosphere of the church, in the bustling and bustling capital, Xizhimen Catholic Church under the sunrise is still so beautiful and sacred!
