In the cold winter, I chose the new homestay 'Maolin Xiuzhu Rural Resort' in Jing County, Xuancheng, Anhui as my winter vacation spot. Not only does it have a warm homestay design, but also the surrounding natural beauty and rich cultural activities, which made me spend an unforgettable holiday. The first impression of staying in Maolin Xiuzhu is its exquisite courtyard design. Each room is full of strong rural flavor and incorporates modern comfort. I especially like the window that opens to the courtyard. When I wake up in the morning, the first ray of sunlight falls on the bed, warm and comfortable. The environment here is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by greenery, as if in a natural oxygen bar. Every night, I would relax in the small courtyard pool of the homestay, look up at the starry sky, and feel the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. During my stay, I happened to catch the activities during the Spring Festival. I took my family to participate in parent-child paper cutting and DIY small dragon lanterns, as well as parent-child lion dance and dumpling making. These activities not only made our family of three happy, but also made us deeply feel the charm of traditional culture. Especially the experience of writing couplets and sparklers, it is really an unforgettable memory. The surrounding attractions are rich, Taohuatan Scenic Area, Chaji Ancient Town, Fobao Temple, etc. are all within self-driving range. I chose to go to Taohuatan Scenic Area and Chaji Ancient Town for a walk, strolling through the antique streets, feeling the accumulation of history and the traces of time. In general, 'Maolin Xiuzhu Rural Resort' is a very satisfactory accommodation experience for me. Whether it's design, environment or service, I can feel the host's intentions. Jiangnan is known for its numerous water towns, and Zhaji Ancient Town also possesses the gentle characteristics of a southern ancient town, with small bridges over flowing water. Taking a leisurely stroll on the village paths is a moment of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Taohua Tan, the Peach Blossom Pool, is the very one from Li Bai's poem 'A Farewell to Secretary Wang on My Way to Huazhou,' where he wrote 'Though the Peach Blossom Pool is a thousand feet deep, it can't compare to Wang's kindness in seeing me off.' Surrounded by green mountains, clear waters, ancient architecture, and the vast blue sky, it forms a unique landscape painting.

Zhaji, an ancient town that truly can be visited countless times.|| The balance between commerce and local atmosphere is perfect, without being overly commercialized. The arrangement and density of restaurants, distilleries, and inns by the stream are just right, sufficiently authentic. The local customs are simple and the people are warm and friendly. During the May Day holiday, there are slightly more people, but it doesn't make the town particularly noisy, and there's always a quiet presence deep in the streets.

Accommodation🏠: I stayed inside the scenic area, at Dongli Yashuo, the guesthouse is very characteristic, but my room didn't have blackout curtains, and with the tourists setting off firecrackers all night during the May Day holiday, I barely slept that night. Watching the locals live their lives, watching the evening smoke rise, really makes one feel the urge to seclude oneself here! 🚗About Transportation Public transportation here is not very convenient, it is more recommended to drive yourself after arriving in Xuancheng/Jing County. If you are short on time, a 2-day and 1-night trip is enough, but if you have more time, a 3-day and 2-night trip is possible, with the option to visit nearby Huangshan and Chengkan. 🏨About Accommodation We chose to transfer in Maolin Town, which is also very quaint. The water dam at the entrance of the village is worth checking out. This time we experienced the newly opened Maolin Xiuzhu Rural Resort, and found it to be an excellent choice for seclusion! The 7 independent courtyards can meet the choices of different groups of people. We stayed in Courtyard No. 1, which can accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children～ I super like the natural enjoyment this place brings, the homestay retains the elements of the original rural houses, blending with the mountains and nature, a great place to breathe deeply and empty out for a few days～ 📍Xikou Village, Xunkeng Group, Maolin Town, Jing County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province After a trip to Southern Anhui, I really feel that this place is so suitable for seclusion～ I will always be moved by the Chinese aesthetics of the ink-washed Jiangnan!

XuanchengJingtingMountain 1. Yancheng Binhai County, Picture 1 to Picture 4 There are not as many people here as in the urban area of Yancheng, and there are not many attractions, but it is super suitable for self-driving tours. You can see the sea. Although it is a muddy beach, not a sandy beach, there is a lighthouse and a place for BBQ, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. The sunset view is really amazing. Then there is a famous pig's trotter wonton shop on the old street of Binhai, which is very delicious. Huaiyang Tower is also pretty good. 2. Xuancheng, Anhui, Picture 5 to Picture 9 I went there during the National Day holiday, and there were not too many people. You can spend two days in Chaji Ancient Town. The homestay I booked there is very beautiful. The ancient town is not big, but the scenery is amazing. It is very suitable for photo shoots and strolling. Chaji paste is a specialty, you can try it. There is a restaurant called Chaji Renjia which is quite delicious. The Shen Yin Coffee Shop is also a good place to sit. But Chaji Ancient Town is quite far from the station. I didn't plan my trip well, so I ended up taking a taxi for more than 100 kilometers. You can also go to Taohuatan, but I didn't go, so I won't comment. Jingting Mountain is quite low, you can climb up to see the sunrise. It takes half an hour to an hour to climb up, but you need to make a reservation in advance. There will be many elderly people climbing the mountain to exercise, and it's quite interesting to climb with them. The scenery is also quite beautiful.
