In the cold winter, I chose the new homestay 'Maolin Xiuzhu Rural Resort' in Jing County, Xuancheng, Anhui as my winter vacation spot. I took my family to participate in parent-child paper cutting and DIY small dragon lanterns, as well as parent-child lion dance and dumpling making. These activities not only made our family of three happy, but also made us deeply feel the charm of traditional culture. Especially the experience of writing couplets and sparklers, it is really an unforgettable memory. The surrounding attractions are rich, Taohuatan Scenic Area, Chaji Ancient Town, Fobao Temple, etc. are all within self-driving range. I chose to go to Taohuatan Scenic Area and Chaji Ancient Town for a walk, strolling through the antique streets, feeling the accumulation of history and the traces of time.
