It was built by the Portuguese in the late 16th century and is particularly noteworthy of the main altar - an impressive statue, and the Mother of Pearl statue placed on one of the altars. This is a few times I experienced during my run in Bandra. This place is calm and peaceful, giving you a sense of peace.

It’s more than a century old. Visited by all the communities and very peaceful. At the end of the mountain road. Worth a visit. Nothing spectacular to be honest. Obviously it looks like it needs to wear some paint. Nothing special inside. But it has climate. I went there when there was a crowd. It was different from the past. A little happy song, etc. It was actually good.
Older churches, early products of English missionaries.
