Jay_so_good:“The Tonegawa Grand Fireworks Festival is a fireworks festival held in Sakai-machi, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, and will celebrate its 38th anniversary in 2025. As in previous years, fireworks manufacturers from Ibaraki Prefecture, Yamazaki Fireworks Manufacturing and Nomura Fireworks Industries, Beniya Aoki Fireworks and Marugo will participate, and they plan to launch about 30,000 fireworks to the accompaniment of music.”
Eisvergel:“The garden is very convenient to get to. The garden is very large and spacious. There is a bicycle rental service. I went to see the garden during Golden Week 2023. There were a lot of tourists. The queue to buy ice cream was quite long. The atmosphere is good. The flowers are very beautiful.”
Open tomorrow at 09:00-17:00 (admission ends at 16:00)
西等记忆:“You can tell from the museum logo that sharks are the top attraction. There are many species, some fierce and some cute... Sunfish are also a highlight, and the sardine school is spectacular. I don't quite understand why Japanese aquariums like to keep marine animals such as dolphins. Why... There are also many huge specimens in the museum, including sunfish, sharks and whales. It seems that they are all caught by the fixed nets of Hitachi City next door. Please be careful when passing by the sea.”
西等记忆:“It was very lively. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the shrine after getting off the JR station, and I met people participating in the festival on the way. The shrine is not very big. It is only a few steps from the entrance to the main hall for worship. There are some small sights as you walk deeper, such as fenced deer.”
三月的生活:“Fukuroda Falls is one of the three largest waterfalls in Japan. It is 120 meters high and 73 meters wide. It is beautiful. It has fresh green in spring, cool in summer, red leaves in autumn, and frozen in winter. The trickling water is like silk draped over the mountains, flowing down the rocks layer by layer, and is shaded by dense greenery. Whether it is spring, summer, autumn or winter, you can enjoy its magnificence here.”

玩名堂主:“While riding through Kaiharazuka-cho in Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, there is actually a Yasaka Shrine. The name engraved on the stone tablet at the gate is "Murasha Yasaka Shrine".
There are more than 3,000 Yasaka Shrines across Japan. The Yasaka Shrine in Kaiharazuka-cho, Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture is not as magnificent as the main Yasaka Shrine in Kyoto, and it looks a bit dilapidated. There are not many tourists or pilgrims. I was just passing by, and on a Sunday afternoon, I didn't see anyone else staying here except me.
It was very quiet here, even a little scary, but I was brave enough to walk around the place inside and out.
The shrine is not big, but it has everything it needs, including the main hall, side halls on both sides, various commemorative stones, and various large and small commemorative archways.
I asked the nearby residents about it, and they said that this shrine is seldom visited on normal days, and that large-scale memorial services and celebrations are only held during major festivals.

PS: Don’t forget to sit in the cafe in the park before leaving, it’s really relaxing. The stupidest thing I did was not renting a bicycle and riding in, and walking with a limp. 😂 #scenery on the road #outdoor base camp #spring play with flowers”
